Tim did you do that doing this ?
I strained that arm when green laning earlier in the week. Just before we got to the gullies there was a 'sheep dip' area where I pulled the muscle trying (and failing) to stop the bike going over.

When you took the photo above my boots were stuck in the mud and I was hanging onto the strap trying to get out.

Have a Guess mate.......... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

And for the injured guys, hope the ankle, arm etc heal soon, it looks painful. Glad I suggested not to remove that boot and just to ease the clips a bit whilst he wiggled his toes. I knew that first aid course would come in handy one day.

Broken ankle, ouch !!!! I doubt you'd have got the boot back on again once removed. Respect for carrying on riding all afternoon despite the pain though.

Thanks to Pikey Dave for showing us around when I lost my bearings, next time I'll bring the GPS. :thumb

Hmmm... a friend of mine was trying to persuade me but, although I'm quite confident in the dry I think I'd need a lot more practise to be happy in the wet. I'd be interested to know how you get on. I think Loz was saying he did it last year and won the greater than 1 litre category.

It was Loz's suggestion to give this one a go. Seems there's a few places left, I can get the TKC's fitted for 37 quid, there's a link to Buster's to get them cheap-ish for about 120. If I tally it all up (plus the entry fee) it doesn't make sense, but it sounds a hoot. Come along, I'll be going slow somewhere at the back taking photos and stopping for sandwiches.
