Thanks to TimC for showing me http://video.google.com

As an experiment I have register as an uploader and uploaded the Ride of the Valkyries video (properly credited to Dahoum of course). All you need to do is go there and search for ukgser. It then replays the video as a macromedia flash file - so you don't need any special software. Those google folks are damned clever.

(For those not clever enough to search for ukgser, the following link takes you directly to the file - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8537507463744188560 )

My arm is starting to colour up nicely--the picture doesn't do it justice. It looks like a grade II bicep tear. Can't work today, so I'm stuck watching TV with all the 'Injury Lawyers For You' adverts.

Three and a half weeks later the bruising has gone (at its worst the arm was black from wrist to shoulder) but it's still causing gip. I went to the doctor today who confirmed it's a tear of the bicep tendon and reckoned it could be 12 weeks to heal. Then get the muscle back. :mmmm
