Cool I am sure you will have fun, please send me the track log once you complete it so I can ride the route in the future, you better start some stamia training in the new year with a 3 day bike ride ahead

My daughter has lent me some weights to build up my stamia that you velcro to your legs for whole day, I can't really wear them to work but thought i could strap them on while I walk the dog each morning up the woods, problem is its 6:30am on the darkest day of the year ( arguably) and I hardly have the energy to walk the dog let alone, with lead weights around my ankles!

Been home about an hour after a full-on half-week riding about 500kms of some pretty fine French trails.

And what a pleasant surprise to find that halfpint and Mr 'Roger' Tickle has also booked the trip!

great riding happy days. jager was on form fast every day. Greg was selling chains and fighting that husa and dreaming of someone else!!! moaning about the fecking two smoke . The tour was great long day in the saddle and nights in the kebab shop . the hotel owner was as happy as serge always smiling happy and a joy to spend time with..my wrist is still swollen and painfull .Dave did what he s best at dive off the bike into a stream very funny near made me crash
