Off we go again 15th - 17th August 2025

Once again a fantastic event due to so many people, but notably Anne, Sid and our chef Simon.

Thank you for the kind invitation once again. It was bloody hot but an hour in the pool on Saturday cooled me down and set me up for the day.

I have an appointment with a therapist booked for Tuesday next week due to seeing Sid in a short leather skirt and wig, from behind!!!
Is the therapy because of the thought "She's fit, marks out of two, I'd give her one!" ?

The last person has left!
John Hawkins/ Paintman drove off in his Hymer and we have just driven Simon / Sumprat up to Bergerac airport for his flight home.
Just got back to a very quiet house. One week ago we had over 70 people here but now just the two of us. Even the cats have returned home.
Doctor has forced me to cancel my trail riding trip to Spain in September and my trip to Jersey in October. Next few weeks are busy having various blood tests and scans to try to find cause of my problems, but I'm sure I'll survive.
Assuming I do survive, we plan to have something similar next summer. However, we will split the event in two. One party in July for our 40th wedding anniversary to which we will invite local friends and neighbours and a second event in August which will be more biker themed. This should keep the numbers more manageable. I might restrict the cross dressing to the event with my fellow actor friends.

Big thanks again to all who helped to make the entire event so much fun.
Hopefully, next year will be slightly cooler than 42°c.

Good luck with the test Sid and once again thank you for your hospitality from myself and Warren, who, by the way had an absolute ball on his first ever trip to France.

Just recovering at home, after taking @leedude03 magical mystery tour home.
Thanks to Sid and Ann for yet another great couple of weeks.
Thanks to Simon for all the cooking
Thanks to Lee and John for all the help putting the new sockets in, and excellent banter.

@Crapaud look after yourself, and best of luck with all the tests
See you next year

Just got home yesterday and caught up on all the ‘stuff’ happening in my absence…:blast

Best of luck with the tests, Sid, and thanks again to you, Ann and Simon for such a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to next time…😁👍

Just like Paul, I’ve only got back home yesterday morning.

Thank you Sid, Ann, Simon and Tracy for putting on the event and welcoming a bunch of strangers into your home.

We have had a great time, followed by another week of fun, in the eastern regions of France.

@Crapaud , best of luck with your tests.

Till next time.

Well I arrived home at noon today; my travels took me around the Pyrenees for a few days, then through the national parks from Moulis zig zagging my way up to Peronne.

In total....2,294 miles of some awesome roads & scenery. Reality kicked in when rolling off the train at Folkestone onto bloody awful UK roads!!!

A wonderful weekend at Sid & Anns to kick things off (a huge thanks to both as always for my invitation & your hospitality), enjoying fabulous company & eating plenty of delicious food.

Bike will be getting a fully detailed clean this weekend  but all my laundry is done :ROFLMAO: & managed to catch up on all work correspondence too.

Love to all
