Semi detached, 3 beds, garage, all done out (new combi/bathroom/electrics/kitchen/dou/glas upvc windows). Big rear garden.

Gardens are a mess but neighbours are o.k. and it's a small ex-council estate, lots have been privately bought.

Oh and I'm only 5 miles away from Mort, so I can pop round and service his bikes for him.

As you can see the garden needs doing it's a right dump (has a palm tree in it obviously the previous owner thought he was funny putting in one to match the street name).
