Hey up
Been for a tootle around some lanes with Zerocool today
Very nice indeed a little slippy and muddy in more places than the usual
Bumped into Pc Kevin Lowe of Bakewell constabulary - nice man his lady assistant officer was a lot better looking mind
They were at the bottom of Black Harry lane which has been patched up with stone they were stopping bikes and 4 x 4s and anyone really with an engine attached
Had a few minutes natter and he gave me a leaflet I hadnt seen before helping me with guidance on how to conduct myself on the trails etc.
He also mentioned he had stopped 15 bikes and 8 landies on Bradley lane nr pilsley/baslow
Both our bikes passed the scrutineering and we were on our way again
Also there was a rep of the TRF and a member of the local 4 x4 club and peakdistrict rangers - pity there wernt a scran van it were lovely today
Anyway cutting it all into a notice for your awareness
Police are about both on and off road in the peak district - be warned yer bike/vehicle should be road legal when they stop yer - and they will if yer off the tarmac !!!
Probably more likely if yer "orange" There is a story or two circulating that a group from south of here are foooking it up for all of us "roosting" walkers is not even funny at all - very kid-like I recon
If yer want to "race" go to the Moto X tracks and see if yer good enough
Stop giving the moaners and anti anything brigade ammo
I dont think anyone one on here does that - but they may know the twats who are
Ponytreking on two wheels today
We were goodboys - cos Kevin said so !!!
