How much more patronising and condescending could the Portsmouth council get?
More waste of money in austere times; probably dreamt up by some spotty, snotty, recent college/uni grad who considers people over 45 to be over the hill and decrepit. What a bunch of wankers! I thought this sort of nanny state shyte had gone when Nu Labour got their arses kicked at the last election.
Remember a couple of years ago when a council spent tens of thousands of pounds producing a booklet informing elder people how to wear slippers. This is in the same vein.
