had about 1/2 inch snow today but soon melted,none of the local roads have been gritted and it is unlikely that they will be so bear that in mind if traveling by bike.

hi all, looking forward to tomorow morning,workshop is all spick and span,
i dont think any snow is forcast ,but a small word of warning for anyone riding over,the gritter trucks were out today so most of the roads will have been treated,but the road running through holwell will not have been treated and given that its well below freezing now, main street will be a sheet of ice.its only about 1/2 mile but take it steady at the bottom of the hill

We came from London and it was snowing for most of the way, but the roads are gritted and clean. It's just the last bit that can be slippery if it gets white
