Oil leak - final drive boot

Crownwheel and pinion cleaned/inspected,
New bearings fitted.
Into the freezer for an hour or so

Casings degreased and steam cleaned

Nearly there,
It needs to cool down to check the crownwheel brg for preload,but I can tell already that it needs reshimming.

Final drive refitted and test ridden. I can feel the difference, less play in the drive train.

Now back to its normal state of cleanliness!
