All back together again , Everything seems to be working fine, The clutch feels a lot lighter now, cause of the new diafram spring ? Will go for a proper test run this evening as i didn´t want to disturb my neigbours with my Remus last night ,
The whole job Wasn´t as hard as i feared from the beginning, My advise to anyone else would be to concentrate on doing one step at a time and don´t look at the whole job as one huge problem. Even a wally like me could do it. Thanks for all the tips, I got a lot of good ideas from this forum like , cut off bolts as mounting guides, the socket on the push rod to center the clutch, an 8 mm blot to hold the flywheel in place during tightning etc.
The whole job took me 4 whole evenings, 3 of which i had help from a friend.
Quite a satisfing feeling to have got it all back together and at the same time a saved a whole load of money and learnt a lot .
