'OK' pop-up or Virus

I've got this annoying little thing on my Win98 PC. Everytime I start it up, all starts as normal except there's a little window about an inch square in the middle of my desktop with a button saying 'OK'

Press the button and and the window disappears. It seems to have no detrimental effect on anything but I'm not sure where it's come from?

Anyone else had it? Know what it is? Know how to remove it? Adaware, AVG, and SpyBot have no effect.

Try running Adaware, AVG, and SpyBot in Safe Mode. This may enable them to find and remove it.
