Made it to hotel near Eastbourne . Stayed dry though bike is filthy .

Slight issue with bike is that CarPlay screen is pixelating . Thought it might be USB cable but seems it’s an issue with iPhone 17 Pro Max as found this. .
It’s still usable but varies in pixelation a bit like this pic from that article
Will try MRA tomorrow.
It worked fine last October with my iPhone SE also running IOS26. Should have brought it as a back up . Schoolboy error . Oh well . I’ll manage .

Get Wing serviced today , take loan bike to Haywards Heath for another MRI then back to collect Wing .
Dinner in pub then 2300 ferry Newhaven-Dieppe arrive 0400 French time then go do battle with the floods . They’ve now extended the warning to the whole area
My house should be fine as on a hill . Just got to get there .
Planning to go via Ducati Rennes to arrange first service on the X-Diavel next month . But may have to change plans if it’s under water

Knew I should have taken the better bike .

Took a while to get to the hospital . Had to re route at least four times due floods .
Failed to drown the fucker . Might take it back via Beachy Head and give it a gentle nudge
