Remember that replacement screen you bought and sold, why did you sell it? was it because it didn't work, looked naff etc?????
 
It worked fantastic - virtually no buffeting, in fact you were in still air, which even made my lid mist up. Motorway miles were really easy to do even at 100mph+ (obviously my own private stretch of motorway :))

Screen was of real quality construction, thicker than the original and optically very good.

Didn't like the looks of the bike with the screen on however. Plus I'm 5'11 and the screen was just too high in my sight line for comfort, so I didn't really like it for commuting.

I was tempted to keep it as a touring screen for when I'm doing big miles, but decided to get rid to buy something else instead.
 
Thanks GSmonkey, I'm about 5' 8" I know its subjective but what do you think with my height?

Appreciate any comments you might have
 
....I'd say its too big, you'd be looking *through* the screen for a substantial part of your view, which would not be good.
