A recent thread over in the 4x4 subsection had someone asking if a 200k miler landcruiser was still reliable.....It made oi larf when some twat added on to the thread that his 150k miler Mitsubishi was still reliable

So, a genuine question and directed at people who have genuinely owned an 1150GSA and a 990 Adv......I honestly don't give a flying fuck if you've had a 990 adv and find it comfy (sorry for being so blunt) what I'm after is a real to life comparison
Is it possible to make a 990 adv as comfy as a well sorted 1150GSA?
Rosie falls asleep on the back of my lebbenfiddy, 'cos she feels so relaxed and comfortable on it, but when we took a test ride on a 990, she hated every KM of it.....hard, unyielding, not relaxing at all she said.
That was, admittedly, a shop standard 990 (although our lebbenfiddy has the standard adv seat on as well)
If I can make a 990 adv as comfy, it's on the list.....if not, I might have to get a K1200LT next
