a bit bruised but OK, nice get off at about 50 mph, wore nearly through a crashbar and a bar end weight, little bit of paint required Luckily it was the left side and I have a spare powder coated crashbar!
Next time i will try to remember not to try and stand up before I finish sliding Ouch!
Good thing was I was up and on my way in a few minutes try that on a new Japazaki firedog

Was passing the corner that I fell off on today. The distance from the first mark on the tarmac to the end of the score mark was 130 feet!! luckily it looks like I turned in to the corner then hit a very slick bit of tarmac, with the pissing rain it went down like a ton of bricks but at least kept on up the road, uphill for a good job or I would have gone a bit further. Makes you a bit less complacent
