Broke my key :blast

It was bent when I picked up the outfit, bent it straight 'great'. Looked at it today 'bent' bent it srtaight again oops  two pieces now!

I do have the original bendy one, so all is not lost, but is it simply a case of a visit to the local key maker. Or do I need to go to BW?

Do you the key code scribbled down anywhere... riders manual perhaps?

I've not had to to go anywhere but the local keycutters for mine, with just the old key - even if in two parts a competent locksmith should have no trouble :thumb2

£1.60 for a straight key blank or £2.55 for a bendy one. Both + Vat from Motobins.

Thanks guys :thumb2

I'll pop down town tomorrow, see what the local guy can do. Failing that I'll call MW for a blank and head back to the guy in town :thumb2

If all else fails, Alan Jefferies is the best dealer to get replacement keys
You need engine & chassis number & they can tell you if they can do it....

If they can, they'll need to see your V5 before they issue the key

They managed to do my '92 R80 GS :thumb2
