Hi
Any recommendations for an open face?

J1?

I tried a Schuberth J1 once and it felt really good, comfortable and safe with 'the bar'. It was expensive though. I hear the J2 is coming out soon. Any insights?

Davida

Diesel looks nice, but ...

Gave up wearing open face lid after remarking to a collegue, "You've got really good teeth". And the reply was...

"There not mine , they were removed by the kerb on a spill !"

Davida are great - expensive - but I'm after one with a visor (I also like the look of the flip down sun screens).
I like the look of some of the cabergs - any experience anyone?
Cheers

The Caberg Hyper X is brilliant, remove the chin bar and you have an open face.

Davida

It's a long story but I already have a flip up.
I shall re-look at Davida as I know they are well rated, also the Ariai.
Thanks

The Hyper x looks good too will look at Cabergs this w/e
:beerjug:

I also have a flip up - Nolan N103, not bad imo. Was going to look at the Nolan N71 - has detachable chin bar and a deep visor. Thought it might be just the job for the hot weather(abroad).

Have the Arai SZ, usual excellent fit, venting etc, recommended for the good weather.

ROOF V8

Roof V8 is really comfy - rides well as open face (with full visor up or down) and full face. love mine !:thumb2

I am looking at the AGV hi Jack.
The visor goes inside the helmet.

Davida sizing

I realy wanted a Davida but the largest size was too small im normaly a 60-61but they seem to be sized small. I asked the dealer and he said yes they are sized small? But what about all the fat headed Bikers as there are many off us!

I agree...

Davida sizes are on the 'small' side...

Always 'try before ya buy' :thumb2

Don't buy Roof helmets ...

... on-line without trying one on; they changed the shell shape a few years ago and I went from an XL to a M in the same helmet :blast Still good though :thumb

Try open face helmet site for a good range

Check out the RUBY BELVEDERE ELEY KISHIMOTO
