Just got one of their super dooper Brightbox routers, am connected with laptop by cable and my Samsung Galaxy picks up the wireless connection very well.
However.........
The laptop (about 4 or 5 years old) will not connect as wireless, I have used it across the country to connect to hotspots and it was working fine with the old Orange Livebox.
Two conversations with the Orange (or EE helpline) and they tell me I have a faulty wireless adapter which is software and I need to update. Have been through the device manager to update drivers but still no joy.
Googling I find that the problem does not seem to be widespread.
Anybody have any suggestions (I am running the home version of Vista)
