Hi i order 1 of these today from handtec - £376 for a whitebox item.

I've gotta get this fitted to a new 1200gs this week. In the short term is there enough/correct fittings in the box to fit the device on the handlebars? or do i need to order some other bits and bobs - mounting hardware and wiring stuff?

I'd plan to buy a touratech or an Alder mount at a later date - but the bank balance needs to recover first

Will it take me long to mount and route the power cable to the battery etc? - not sure how easy the panels will come off.

This is handy, was going to post but if you don`t mind will watch the reply`s with interest. Plus you take the flak if there are posts on this subject
The mrs. bought me for a combined burpday/ crimbo pressy the 660 and the motorbike mount (£46!!!! ) has the wiring and looks like it can be fitted above the clocks to the frame, fingers crossed
Time will tell.

Don`t need the mount there is one included in the kit. Never mind returned .
