OSM maps and how to put them onto a card

Is anyone able ( and willing) to put a copy of OSM France maps onto a micro SD card for me.

I’ve looked at the process and I’ll admit I’m baffled.

I’ll supply the card obviously.

It’s to be used in a Garmin Drivesmart 55.

Again it is easier to have someone computer literate, for this process to be effective, but once shown it's a simple operation.

Very easy once I was pointed at the Zip files but couldn’t make head nor tail of it from the actual OSM site, and me with 36 years IT experience, Doh
