Overrun "blip"

I don't consider this a problem, but interested to know if everyones GS has a little "blip" on the overrun, by that I mean when I close the throttle I immediately get engine braking then a little "blip" like briefly opening the throttle, then engine braking again.
Do "they all do that"? :thumb
 
Mine has always done the same. As you say, never been a problem though :thumb2
 
The FI system has 'over-run fuel cut-off'. This means that the fuel is cut off when the throttle is shut and the engine is at more than 2500rpm. As the revs drop below this, the fuel supply is re-opened and the engine can sometimes feel like it gives a little 'surge'.

Perfectly normal - feels more drastic when your TPS is set to a high voltage.
