Oxford heated grips

Hi
My Oxford heated grips switched on automatically, to 100% and wont switch off . Pulled the fuse ,reconnect the fuse same fault str to 100 % . Fuse is now disconnected.
Anyone know of repair ? or can you buy the controller itself.
