Did you see episode 2 of "Oz and James drinking to Britain"?

They were in Toon and then went to "The Cumberland Arms" ... was it the one off Byker Bank?

....and then they went to a mother & daughter run pub & microbrewery :green gri .....I've a feeling that was in Embleton but I aren't sure at all :confused: .....they didn't show the name of the pub clearly on TV, but it looked like 3 small (blurry) words; "The XXXXX Inn" maybe....

Not even sure it was Embleton to be honest..

If the weather was decent I'd ride round and round 'til I found them..... :tears

After the Bigg Market the pub they went to was, yes you got it right, the Cumberland Arms in Byker (Bank) and the other was, yes Mort's right, Newton by the Sea.

Both well worth visiting.:beerjug::beerjug::beerjug:
