Hi folks

I bought a new laptop a couple of weeks ago and am slowly installing all the software I use on it.

For some reason, after installing the Scala software, the laptop cannot see the G4 (yes, it is turned on - flashing blue light etc!)

Any suggestions please?!

Cheers

I know you said you turned it on, but you have to turn it on in a slightly different way to connect to the PC, not just power it on as normal.

I can't remember the exact details but the popup box does tell you how if it can't see the G4.

I've turned it on as per the on screen instructions, pressing the +volume & middle button together. The G4 is on but the pc doesn't recognise its there. I've even tried another cable!

Might have to try re-installing the software.

Managed to sort the problem. It was a driver issue.

For some reason, the Windows 7 Bluetooth driver was overriding the Cardo bluetooth driver.
