I think it was Glen Raistrick??? at Cleveland Bike Spray who was heavily into customising. Based in Thornaby near Stockton. Don't know if thats local enough for ya
I saw a buell he'd painted that looked amazing
If they don't do lids I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction.
