Hi guys im completely ignorant about pairing any sat nav too Bluetooth. How do i pair my Nav 4 to the BT02 Module from Autocom when i already have my phone paired to the module. It says that if i pair another device to it any existing paired devices will be deleted !! ? Cheers

From a guess:

Pair your phone to the GPs device

Then the device to the dongle

Not sure why you have the dongle as both your phone and GPS are Bluetooth equipped. All you need is abluetooth receiver ( say a Scala) on your mellon case and you'll be good to go. I guess it can only be because you are running an Autocom as well?

You can download the owners manual which should reveal all.

Yes its running through an Autocom Pro AVI. Im using the Autocom BT 02 unit. Plugged into the Autocom, giving the advantage of phonecalls etc through the headset. So I should be able to get directions from the Nav through the headset too.

OK

Pair phone to GPS

Pair GPS (which will then transmit directions, phone call and music) to dongle

Plug dongle output into Autocom ( or however you connect a dongle to an Autocom these days)

Connect bike-to-bike radio (anything else) to Autocom as usual.

Connect Autocom to head.

Check that it all works.

Job done (I think)

Ok will try that out the dongle just plugs into the autocom via a special lead that plugs into aux 1 and aux 2 giving stereo output.....apparently lol

Pairing now complete, phone first, then Autocom module too Nav 4 as per Wappings instructions. It remains to be seen whether it will work. Its bloody freezing in the garage so will wait before i try it. :clap
