Had Panda installed by computer supplier new 3 years ago, which I paid extra for what I thought was a total of 5 years. However a few weeks ago after three years I received advice to upgrade to Titanium, I ignored this request and my computer started playing up. Namely, Ique 3600 lost it's voice and reinstalling was met with 'incorrect drive' also Windows Installer would not reinstall Mapsource, incorrect Drive ? and other wierd hingies are happening.
Now, being highly suspicous of all things that take my monies, am I being over the top in thinking that a company that specialises in 'Virus Removal' would/could plant a few to encourage renewal??

Nah, please tell me no. :nono :nono

FWIW, I have Panda AV on my PC and appart from a glitch a few days ago which required me to uninstall it then re-install it again. No problems.

However, when I ditched McAfee in favour of Panda a couple of years ago , I started to encouter a few strange scenarios too - maybe they're all at it!

I used Panda - for a couple of days, didn't like it so uninstalled and put AVG on instead, rumoured by IT people I know to be better than Norton and Macaffeee, and even better it's free!
