Probably not an exact fit, but it looks as if they could be made to.
The boxes from my R75/7 fit my G/S and my GS , with a bit packing and a big ratchet strap around the whole lot and over the seat to hold the lot together.
But it seems that the OEM catches on most the boxes or the covers dont last forever and most folks use the same strapping system, or a couple of occies anyway.

Yes they will fit but on the GS the left hand pannier is narrower to allow for the exhaust so the left hand will be further out and not appear balqanced from the rear view.
as previous post this type of lock is not the best but new later locks should be still available same as used used on the early K series.
