Pannier lid, pooch chute

Some where out there, in a pile somewhere. 2009 1200 GS Adventure right hand panner lid wanted. My pooch loves riding, and I need a spare lid to cut a head hole in. Did you smash your pannier box, but have a servicable lid for the non-exhaust side. BMW original. PM me please.

Good luck - that sounds like a great idea - would love to see a pic of your dog enjoying the ride!

If one doesnt turn up - you might try Vern. He makes alu panniers, and may well be able to make something 'just right' for you and your dog...

You could have a chat with your friendly local dealer. I bet they end up changing them for people because they've just got a few scratches on or someone dropped the bike so it is marked. I don't think there is a difference between the left hand and right hand sides where the lid is concerned.
