Para lower shock mount question

item 25 in the drawing. how is it fixed into the bevel box?

in the course of removal of a shock bush that was virtually welded onto the mounting stud, i noticed that although fairly tight, it is possible to rotate the stud.
does it just screw into the bevel housing? can't see an internal nut on any of the diagrams, or any info on it's fixing in the manuals i have.

It screws in and also uses some kind of thread lock. There is no nut on the back it just goes into the housing
