Paralever bearings

Has anyone tried the after market replacement paralever bearings being offer by motorworks ?

I'm going to be replacing mine soon and wondered if these are an improvement over the original needle rollers.

Also what grease should be used for this area?

Did mine couple of months ago. Seem to be better design. No complaints so far.

Cheers for the response Boxergs, do you torque the motorworks ones up the same as the standard ones?
