paralever shaft

i think the shaft on my 94 1000 pd is on its way out . how can i be sure it is . can the uj be replaced rather than getting a whole new shaft , if not how easy is it to fit an 1100 back end .

do i need need to get some overtime in .

Hi Toadjam....best doing a search in the airheads for the paralever....this topic has been well discussed on previous threads, with any necessary links etc etc

Yeh you can get the bearings replaced. I bought new bearings from a normal bearing suppliers. In fact I've still got them because I decided to get a new shaft in the end. You'll need a decent prop shaft specialist to fit them if you go that way.
