Mrs GL and I are off to a slightly chillier clime (Canada, Rockies & Alaska) in September for a couple of weeks (unfortunately not on the propped-up GS), but I still don't want to take loadsa clothing (as I'll be carrying the bulk).
Are these shirts really as good as their hype (cool one way in case of a heat-wave, heat retaining the other for up on the glaciers), or not?
Any observations, real life scenarios anyone would care to share with us, or even something that will do a better job?
And of course the best (cheapest) place to get them
