Park Lane - a resolution and positive directions

As you have probally realised...I have had an issue with Park Lane following damage to my tank whilst it was with them.

It has been quite a long saga...that highlighted some major concerns with systems and staff there. Lots of lengthy emails and telephone calls have taken place...but eventually a positive outcome has been achieved.

As a last resort I ended up in contact with the new dealer principal Toby Partridge. When I first made contact he had only been in place a few weeks. He made a commitment to investigate ...and has followed it through.

The outcome is that it has been identified that there are shortcomings with procedures...and moves are being made to sort this out. I actually believe the guy - he is committted to raising the standard. And I know all to well that people cause problems - I think he is going to deal with this and make improvements ... In my dealings with him - he has ended up doing exactly what he said he would do.

I would suggest that if ever you have problems that dont get resolved through the usual channels you contact him via the main number. It is only by highlighting issues that changes happen!!

And I will get a new tank - to replace my damaged one!!:D

Lets hope this is the start of better things for PL.

Anyway they have Sharon - thats a good start!

A much happier puppy .....
