Hi Guys

Just back from GOTC when I realised that my rear tail light wasn't working.

No bother I've got an LED panel from techno freshly arrived so I'll use that. Plugged in in and still nothing.

Must be fuse then. Changed the fuse and wallah. Tail light now on. Put the bulb setup back on to check and it now works.

However wander round the front and the parking light now comes on with the ignition. I don't remember it doing that before so either its always done it and I'm going mental or there is a problem.

So questions.

Does the parking light come on with the ignition. (Mine comes on if I go to park on the key switch and also when turning the ignition to on).

How to fix it. How is the park light controlled? I suspect a realy but can't find which one controlls the parking light.

Many thanks
Richard

What bike and year?

1150 without switchable lights? the sidelights front and rear will come on with the ignition.

As someone who is in a better position than anyone to tell you about your front light ....... your parking light was not working there or back.

Glad it's all fixed now, son :eek

How very strange. So at least I'm not going mental.

So no parking lights on the way up and now they are. The mysteries of the GS.
