I can't remember the name of the street but last time I was thereabouts I just used google street view and had a nosey around and selected a street which didn't look too shabby and wasn't too far away. If memory serves there was free on street parking of an evening. I'm taling car parking mind, not bike parking. Also might be 7/8 years ago ...
