You might need this number. Either you want to get rid of the flawed ones, or you need them because none of the parts of the flawed ones is available at the dealer (banned).

The replacement isn't available yet, your dealers won't find Part No. 71 60 7 705 265 on their CD!

Replacement took them alt least 4 months.

And from about five days ago...

The new guards (October 2007-) do not fit on the old R12GS. Period.

Mind you i did try and tell you that there was a kit....

Apparently they can.

But you stuck to your guns....

Buy "the kit". And try to mount them. And tell us about your experience!
