Parts Replacement

Hi, I have recently bought a 2003 F650GS and have noticed a few things on the bike I would like to "fix".
I have noticed that the LCD clock on the instrument display seems to be faulty in that not all the digits show correctly. Can this be fixed easily or replaced by me?
I have also noticed that the rubber cover on the gear leaver is worn out and could do with being replaced. Is this possible and is there a specifc BMW part or a generic part that can be bought?
The hang grips also seem a bit worn. Is it possible to replace these and are the BMW parts or would any generic grips fit?

Update City

Have spoken to a BMW deal here and have had to order the part for the gear leaver. I also had a go at looking at the LCD clock on the instrument panel . Thought it would be a 20 minute job but manged to take me about 2 hours which in turn managed to drain the battery!!!
Still not sure about the hand grips but it will be something to look into.
