Pass me the lighter fluid and matches

:nenau any news on the patient ??

Also if there is Large Vet fees Im willing to contribute :thumb

Hi Brian doing better today and eating a little. Vet still not sure about the burns long term damage yet as they were very deep to the bone. There is a page on facebook if you visit there called Justice for Cody. There are pics, very graphic I'm afraid and a justgiving page. Sis tells me donations online and direct to the vet are standing at £5000 at the moment, a great indication of the disgust, outrage and support. It's going to be a long haul I'm afraid :(

Thanks for the update and thank God it's heading in the right direction :thumb Maybe some money should be put up for a reward to catch the heartless W*nkers that did this

It is my understanding they have 1 name and discription of 2 lads. Thank you for your kind offer Brian :hug

Knee capping is too good for the bastards:mad: something a little more sustained will be apt.

Just saw this and can't think what to say. Absolutely sickening - it can be a crazy world

Happy to report the wee dog was allowed home today. Still not out of the woods yet and a long road still of recovery but fingers crossed :thumb

:aidan

Thanks Jo, the poor wee thing has been through so much. I'm sure you have seen the pics

:aidan

Nah didn't see photos were not members of Facebook, if I'm honest the discription was enough. We seen some pretty rough stuff as volunteers in Dogs Trust. Our own pampered pooch arrived into our lives in a very sorry state 13 years ago. It beggars belief how anyone can hurt them so.
It takes hard work and a lot of love to bring them back but it's so worth it. It's us that are the lucky ones not them.

dont look for the pics

caught a glimpse of the pics. wish i hadn't. only makes me angry and feel helpless - because if i caught them - i'd lose the head and end up doing a far worse thing to those that did what they did to the dog. ...

if that makes sense.

PSNI Lisburn Page on Facebook:

Police would like to thank all those who have so far helped with the investigation, and would urge anyone else with information to contact us on 0845 600 8000.

I am sorry to say that wee Cody didn't make it, damage to her was too great. She passed away this evening :(

May the b******s that did this endure a long and painful death

Was following the wee dogs progress of facebook, was quietly optimistic it would pull through, sadly its injuries were too severe.

Can only agree with Mandy, hoping the scum that did this suffer as much as the poor animal.
