someone from poland wants to buy my trousers, if they pay via pay pal is the money safe when its in the account ??
i seam to remember hearing that money can be given back to the person sometimes.

Can be reclaimed under the complaints procedure, but that's the "attraction" of Paypal for a buyer.

I've used Paypal for a number of yours both as a buyer and seller and have not had a problem.

It is definitely not safe, they can take it back and will at the slightest chance. Make sure you only post to an address confirmed to the account of the buyer and make sure the item is eligible for seller protection
