Peak District

No problem here on those routes :augie Managed Sarn helen without killing myself and it doesn't look any worse than that. (I suspect I fall short of Ming's elegant biography as well)

Just one minor niggling doubt about the 'lay your bike down in the river and pick it up again' routine. Not tried that one before;)

How we going to reach consensus on the date?

Depends on which route Blue does I suppose but if it's the extreme route then it is harder than the Sarn Helen and probably on a par with 'The Brown Trouser run' or Gwynne Farr to give it the proper name. It's definately pogo territory and I wouldn't do it on my 650GS.

Cheers-Tony.

Its actually Gwynne fawr.....but I like "brown trouser run" as a translation!
depends if you take north ( difficult) or south (very very difficult) direction

Right guys,it is safe.....its a layby next to a busy road....all i can say is,my van aint been broken into and my trailer i used to use was never touched(a dog might've pi55ed up the wheel tho!!):eek :eek

Meeting point is the layby on A619 just after Holymoorside after coming through Chesterfield.
Be there for 8.40am for a 9am ride off?(i am easy since i will be at work til 1am ish and live a good hour away from the meet point).
