From the spy shots of the new XCa, seems not. Reveal is on Tuesday. New colour tft looks nice.
Standing on foot pegs was discussed in one of Andrew Dalton's recent columns and he stated categorically that it was legal to do so on the road.
I must admit to being pleased it is because on a long journey I often stand on the pegs for short periods to stretch my legs and give my bum a rest.

There no problems with BMW. Their dealers are the worst in the business. Arrogant bearded twats supping lattes engrossed in Facebook and don’t even look up to acknowledge a customer as the bikes sell themselves.A world of difference to the likes of Ducati, KTM etc,where there may not be a flashy showroom with a coffee machine but you may just get a biker selling to a biker

Ducati in Alton - difficult to deal with, arrogance, ridiculous short test ride
Triumph at Wickham - the above x20
Barnstormer at Alton - not pushy, relaxed, keys, full tank, see you later, etc.
That and the euro back up having a house in Italy and France is why I’m on a GS and not an Explorer.
The Multistrada was fucking awful in real life with stupid GUI features, poor selection and more

Now deal exclusively with one BMW dealer (a solus bike one) who are professional and always make that extra bit effort.
The dealings I have had in the past with a local BMW dealer that was part of a car dealership were on every occasion shall we say utterly unprofessional and pisspotical.
That said a few years ago my wife and I travelled to a well known and allegedly super dooper BMW bike dealer in the R*****ham area (a 300 mile plus round trip) to look at new bikes, on a quiet mid week Autumn afternoon the arrogant t**ts didn't even acknowledge our presence in their showroom and when we eventually got someone to actually speak to us their attitude was utterly sh*t

I had a choice of two dealers to buy my GSA from and the one that got the order was/is fantastic - he spent loads of time with me, answering all my questions about a new (to me) product as I'd never considered an adventure bike before.
He's continued to be attentive now he's got the order, and seems genuinely keen.

There no problems with BMW. Their dealers are the best in the business. Often in the same building as car dealerships, and therefore premium brand levels of professionalism. A world of difference to the likes of Ducati, KTM etc.

Just stating that my g/f found the AT very comfy sat on the back all week and a 200mile range was plenty.Why do you need 320 miles ? Are the Formulé One hotels that far apart !

In September 2017, Some UK Honda Dealers were offering a brand new Africa Twin DCT on 0% Finance, £3200 paid by Dealer as your deposit, and £70 per month on a Personal Contract Plan (PCP) with 4000 miles per year.
This means you could walk into the dealer and walk out with a brand new Africa Twin and pay NOTHING until your first Direct Debit comes out your bank for £70.
At the end of the 3 Year PCP finance, you give the bike back or purchase it for £6,200 as the final payment.
To me, and many others on here, this deal was a bargain. It's a hell of a lot of bike for £9000... and to rent it for 3 years and only pay £840 per year is a very good deal, on 0% Finance Credit.
That deal also included a full tank of fuel, 12 Months Road Tax, 2 Year Warranty, DataTag Registration and a cup of coffee.
