That buggers the selling on of shonky Chinese top boxes, brake levers, lights, camping gas stoves and more besides.

Your a bundle of funIdeally it should just be destroyed.
Good point. I know a few people with a serious collection of watches (think Daytona's, RM's, AP) and he wears very high quality reps (about £800+ a watch) as he doesn't feel safe wearing his real ones!
Doesn't mind giving the reps up rather then a £100k+ RM.Safe in knowing he won’t get mugged for it.
Reps are so good I would bet you couldn't tell the difference without a jeweler's loupe..Imagine getting mugged for a replica

Maybe they like the design and look but don’t want to pay the premium.I just don’t get it, why wear a fake, is it status or want to look rich.
Call it what you like chapNever have and never will believe someone with a £100k+ Mille would buy or wear Chinese fake scrap.
I call bullshit (by him or anyone else stating the same).
Does this count as Fake News?OK - the watch is now “spoken for” awaiting an in-person inspection once I am back in civilisation.
I almost want the conversation to keep going as it’s been hilarious so far.
Genuine fake news. None better.Does this count as Fake News?
Sometimes the most obscure topics on here are the most entertaining... I'm after some Cuban fatigues but don't want knock off crap made in China...OK - the watch is now “spoken for” awaiting an in-person inspection once I am back in civilisation.
