Phone connection

Hi all
I have a zumo xt ,pleased with it ( head and shoulders above the 396 I had before ) anyway I’m have problems with it connecting to my phone ,sometimes it connects other does not ,
It’s connected to my comms x-com ( rebadged sena) so I’m open to suggestions as to why and any things to try .

I too have zumo and a packtalk headset both connected to my android phone, Ive noticed text and whatsapp messages appearing on the zumo screen, id never taken a phone call until yeaterday, i hear the phone ringing but have never bothered to explore how to answer, well fme yesterday i just said hello and hey presto i was connected to the caller, i also have the garmin drive app on the phone and keeping that running in the background whilst out on the bike sends live traffic info to the nav which is great.
