Cheers Omen, I have an artier one I'm thinking of submitting. Started late this year so I only have 9 done so far hopefully get 3 more next week and any after that any more are a bonus. Better planning next year me thinks.
friend of mine started on the 30th of august and had the 12 done on the 30th september
he also said he will plan it better next year
Closing date
I hope many of you who have not sent in entries (more than 40 to date) will be wrapping up your entry soon & posting it.
The closing date for arrival (not posting) is Nov 18th – just 4 weeks away tomorrow.
Please send the photos printed (in an album if possible) & on disc.
Viewing off the disc is time consuming & scanning off the prints for presentation at the awards night also eats my scarce time.
Speaking of the presentation night we are moving from the Bloomfield; I was happy with things there but detected some restlessness for change.
We are staying in the midlands; in fact closer to the centre of Ireland & heading a little west to Glasson; the Glasson Hotel & Golf Club
The function is set for Sat Feb 5th
The deal is € 85 euro pps on the Saturday to include the presentation. For non residents the meal is €35 a head; I am promised a real good spread for €35 (there would be gaps on the plate if we try & shave that price & that would not do for a night of celebration.
The hotel is beautifully set & you should really consider the Fri night also. The 2 nights including the Saturday night meal comes in @ €125.
For those of you that might be thinking of really treating yourselves, it may be possible to upgrade to one of their larger Deluxe Rooms, for an extra €10 each per night.
Email the hotel now [email protected] or dial 090 6485120 – quoting motorcycle photo weekend. If you are interested in arranging anything like a Massage or Treatment at the Hotel then you would be advised to book that in advance preferably while booking your room?
If anyone is interested in playing Golf on the Fri or Sat, a special residential Green Fee rate of €35 has been agreed – Tee Times must be booked in advance.
The number of beds is limited so don’t be hanging about too long & don’t be delaying with finishing the photos & getting them in by Nov 18th.
There are 3 weekends left.
The judges are expecting me to forward all the entries to their secret location on Nov 18th & I will not disappoint them

Just getting in the door, all 9 done, the penal cross was messy, tore head was hard on the bike, great weekend with 1055km,
