The chap on the extreme right (plenty of them in France unfortunately) in the standy uppy photo in front of Castle Biron very kindly led today's fantastic ride out and took us to some beautiful spots via wonderful roads and scenery.
I believe he's in his mid 80s but my goodness he can ride a motorbike!

No....been here two years...just finishing off the big house jobs (5 weeks tiling the terrace/steps should be finished tomorrow....or I'd have popped down for the weekend) so not done too much 'sightseeing' in the region yet....

I can't recommend the area highly enough. Great roads, lovely scenery and beautiful medieval towns.
