Hi Guys, newish to the site and now subscribed member to the forum. I thought I would show you a couple of photos of my new Bike. As you may be aware, I traded a 2009 Hayabusa for the RT in July this year. I have to say that after 1900 miles of mixed riding in all weathers, which has included some torrential rain in the Yorkshire Dales. The big girls has acquitted herself very well. Handling the twisties with ease for such a big bike. The only mods I have done so far have been adding the plastic cyclinder head protectors and fitting the gps mount from Wunderlich for the Zumo 550. The dealership fitted the standard BM GPS mount but the angle for viewing the screen was all wrong and could not be adjusted without modification. I think it is designed for Zumo 660. Very pleased with bike, still getting used to the height of the seat, I am 6ft 1" tall and flat footed at standstill but with very little bend in the knee. The seat is on the lowest setting. Toying with the idea of getting the comfort seat which I believe is lower. But at £380 A pop is an expensive option. Anyone got one fitted? Does it make a difference? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Great site by the way.
