Those are what I recently fitted in my FF50 spots.
I'm aware that they are not 'powersports' but as they are somewhat cheaper (even more so as mine were 2nd hand ) I decided to give them a go and see how long they last..........watch this space

PS You won't be disapointed with the light output from them, believe you me
Quite interesting this, I have just looked and I have the same bulbs as fitted by the last owner.
Looking at the PIAA website he says this about them:-
Adding a fashion statement to PIAA's Xtreme White Bulbs, these bulbs are available with a new blue top coat.
The faint blue/purple top coat on these bulbs adds a very slight blue tint to the lamp while providing outstanding performance. These bulbs will provide a brilliant Xtreme cool white light that will light up road hazards and street signs long before a normal halogen bulb.
This technology is available on PIAA's HB1, HB4, HB5 and H4 anti-vibration bulbs
However for the Powersport range it says this:-
Anti-vibration bulb packs for Motorcycles, Quads, Snow Mobiles and all Power Sports
Available in Super White, Platinum White and Xtreme White
But if people, including me, have them fitted and have not had a problem, then so be it.
Oscar, got the same dipped in mine but only bought the single bulb. I'll probably buy the pack now to replace main beam and carry a spare. Thought it was expensive but very good light. I just hope it lasts long ..
Like I said HE-310SE are the hd ones for bikes/atv's & snowmobiles.
HE 309 are for cars.
Just phone PIAA UK and ask they will say that HE 309 are ok for bikes but DO NOT have the hd filament and also have a heavier blue coating therefore they are not as bright.
