Picos, Galicia & Northern Spain - self catering

I visited this area last year and stayed in B&B's, enjoyed it so much we're looking to return for a longer stay in June.

This time we'd like to spend at least some of our time self catering so if anyone on here has any recommendations for nice bike friendly self catering accommodation please let me know.

self catering Potes

Stayed at the Viviendas Rurales la Fragua just outside Potes last May. Apartment was fine but quite small. Small terrace and stunning views. No one else was around so it was suggested that we parked the bike in the bar at night! As it was out of season it was pretty cheap (Booking.com). Had to ring a number posted outside as reception was not yet open. A friendly woman arrived within a couple of minutes and sorted everything efficiently although she spoke no English! Not a problem though.

My wife and I stayed in the two bedroom apartment upstairs with a huge balcony and BBQ in the corner...... Loved it and a great base for Cantabria
