I had a slight problem with my usually reliable R1100GS on Friday whilst at East Midlands event so I called along to the nearest BMW dealer, Pidcocks, on Saturday morning.
The response from them was fantastic - they took the bike into the workshop immediately and checked it over. 20 - 30 minutes later, after I had drunk a free coffee, it was back outside running better. And they had even adjusted the clutch as the free movement was insufficient.
Total charge for this - ZERO.
I was amazed and delighted. This enabled me to join up with the off-road ride out and have a great day.
